About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our organisational objectives
  • To lead the transformation of our digital functions, including developing and implementing technology roadmaps
  • To design and implement complex digital change programmes that improve organisational performance
  • To work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Management qualification
  • Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince)
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a Digital function operating at a senior level
  • Experience of working with a Board
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
