Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting them in maintaining their dignity and individuality.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Recognize and respond to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and report concerns to the appropriate authorities.
