Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivers a wide range of services including repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessment works. With a strong focus on customer care, we successfully complete over 35,000 repairs annually to 23,500 homes.

We offer a competitive annual salary up to £38,000, plus company van and fuel card benefits.

This role involves carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties, undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry, and providing high levels of customer care at all times.

• Hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows/doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in Carpentry with experience in Damp and Mould Patch plastering and basic plumbing
• Social housing experience
• A UK full valid driving license
