We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Doors & Access Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including engineers and service managers, to deliver seamless solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Conduct thorough site surveys to assess customer requirements and recommend tailored door and access solutions.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to provide expert advice on product selection, installation, and maintenance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, identifying new market opportunities and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in the door and access solutions industry or a related technical field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of various door types, gates, and shutters, with the ability to conduct effective site surveys.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
