Consultant Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Social Worker to join our Children's Services team in Hertfordshire County Council. As a Consultant Social Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our social work practice and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for holding a small caseload of complex work and supporting the development of other social workers. You will also contribute to the development of our social work practice and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in social work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also have a thorough knowledge of care proceedings and court experience.
