Job Title: Backend Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Java Developer to join our team. As a Backend Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient backend systems using Java and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality backend systems using Java and AWS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain software applications using Java and AWS
  • Ensure software applications meet quality, security, and performance standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of industry experience as a software engineer (specifically as a backend)
  • Java 11+/Kotlin
  • AWS and/or Azure
  • Understanding of software design patterns and best practices
  • Experience in agile software development (XP, Scrum, Kanban etc)
  • SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc) and noSQL (MongoDB, Couchbase etc) database experience
  • Typescript, Python
  • Data Science experience
  • Experience with Software Security and Network Security
