About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team at DCT Recruitment. As a skilled designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality kitchen designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in our showroom, discuss their wish list, and establish a budget for their kitchen project.
• Conduct site surveys to gather information and check for any obstacles or issues that may impact the design.
• Create accurate scale-drawn plans and present them to clients for feedback and approval.
• Collaborate with clients to refine their design and ensure it meets their needs and budget.
• Work with suppliers to source materials and products that fit within the client's budget and design requirements.
• Manage the installation process, ensuring that the final product meets the client's expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in kitchen or interior design, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of kitchen design software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
