About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join their team in Leeds on a full-time basis.

Job Overview
  • This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £35,392 - £42,618 per annum.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in hospital or residential settings, with specialist knowledge of Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) models and interventions for acquired brain injury (ABI).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the neurobehavioural approach to brain injury, incorporating current research findings and best practices in the field.
  2. Manage and prioritise a caseload of individuals with complex mental/physical health needs and/or challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with adults with neurological conditions, or over 4 years of post-registration experience in a different clinical setting.
