Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Banchory. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide social support, gardening, car trips, and visiting friends and family to individuals in our care
  • Assist with medication administration, cooking, and home maintenance as needed
  • Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence
  • Manage the finances of the people we support
