Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide landscape design and management services.
  • Prepare plans, illustrative material, and graphic presentations.
  • Liaise directly with clients and take instructions.
  • Undertake site survey and analysis work.
  • Undertake landscape design work as instructed.
  • Present design ideas to clients, planning officers, or other interested parties.
  • Undertake LVIA and ZTV work and prepare relevant reports.
  • Use GIS software.
  • Prepare reports and supplementary information in support of design work.
  • Prepare landscape management plans.
  • Prepare Specifications, Contract Drawings, and administer contracts.
  • Promote the Company and market its services.
  • Maintain a programme of CPD.
  • Undertake general office administrative duties and office housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Degree and/or Masters in Landscape Architecture.
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards Chartership.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the public or private sector.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Full driving licence and use of own car.
