Role Overview

A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity with Resourcing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, commissioning of small works, and reactive call outs on various Building Management Systems (BMS).

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team and efficiently on their own. They will also possess good attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.

Main Responsibilities

* Check emails daily for instructions and updates
* Responsible for making backups of software and strategy files as required for all sites visited under a service agreement
* Update the server on a regular basis with backup files
* Responsible for taking electrical LAN maps of site architecture for all sites visited under a service agreement
* Design and implement PPM planners for all sites visited under a service agreement
* Care and maintenance of controls equipment as per company policy for all sites visited under a service agreement
* Attend callouts and breakdowns as and when required, according to company SLA's
* Provide daily updates to line manager
* Complete site reports for each visit performed, detailing work carried out and recommendations
* Build and maintain strong client relations

* Use of Excel, Word & Outlook, and in-house Service Management database & Financial systems
* Experienced with at least one of the following systems: Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC, or knowledgeable with Niagara based systems
* Ability to correctly interpret and alter existing control strategy in BMS systems
* Knowledgeable with HVAC systems
* Electrically Competent
