Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, managing a team of staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
