About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Assystem, a global leader in nuclear engineering. This role will focus on performing Supply Chain Audits, ensuring conformance with ISO 9001 and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a risk-based Supply Chain Audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain Assurance, Inspection, Environmental, and Health & Safety, for audit planning and outcomes.
  • Define audit scope, criteria, and objectives with Quality Management Leads.
  • Conduct unplanned audits as needed, based on risk reviews.
  • Engage stakeholders and auditees effectively in audit planning.
  • Monitor Non-Conformances to ensure timely closure and effective corrective actions.
  • Contribute to monthly dashboard reports on the Supply Chain Audit Program.
  • Analyse audit results to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience of executing audit programs.
  • Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 14001: 2015).
  • Experience in the application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Previous experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g. nuclear).
  • Membership of Chartered Quality Institute or IRCA.
