Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Clinical Care Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to young people with eating disorders and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support healthcare support workers in their day-to-day work and promote interdisciplinary team working.
  • Contribute to expert assessment of patients' needs and risk under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Promote optimal levels of independence and wellbeing for patients.
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate individual treatment and risk management programmes of care in partnership with patients, carers, and other health and social care professionals.
  • Ensure understanding of conditions and treatment and have relevant knowledge of physical health and signs of deterioration.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Associate qualification with a Pass grade.
  • Good communication skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a healthcare setting.
