About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Orthodontic Specialist to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our ClearCorrect business across Western Europe.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and support to practicing dentists and orthodontists. This includes checking and validating treatment plans, ensuring they meet the required standards and guidelines. You will also assist the treatment planning team in addressing clinical queries related to treatment plans and clarifying any written instructions provided by customers.

In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Clinical Advisor for Western Europe to drive business results and achieve company goals. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and quality of treatment plans, enhancing communication between our team and customers, and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to private practicing dentists and orthodontists in case evaluation, clinical treatment planning, and patient selection.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the clinical benefits of all our products.
  • Support providers to make clinical decisions that contribute to the success of orthodontic treatment with ClearCorrect.
  • Contact dentists and orthodontists to discuss treatment plans.
  • Involve in individual clinical education of dentists and orthodontists.
  • Train country-base colleagues to increase their orthodontic knowledge and expertise of the ClearCorrect system and its benefits.
  • Perform provider support via inbound and outbound contacts (phone or email) to provide top-notch service to providers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A university degree in Dentistry and at least 2 years of related clinical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong teamwork skills and high social competence.
  • An enthusiastic approach to providing excellent support and service, always customer-centric.
  • A 'player-learner' mindset, entrepreneurial, and result-driven.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused on priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
