Job Description

Job Title: System Integration and Test Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration and Test Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing software test and integration plans to ensure compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute software test and integration plans to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Develop scripts and integrate automated testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines and a wider ecosystem of tools.
  • Debug and identify defects in the whole stack, from front-end to back-end database and middleware.
  • Integration and delivery of large and complex solutions into a wider system-of-systems.
  • Deployment in Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud environments and potential constraints.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in the field of Test and Integration.
  • Ability to work within an agile environment and deliver using Scrum and Sprints, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence to help planning and collaboration.
  • Experience working with Agile and DevSecOps software delivery.
  • Experience of Agile Development using Scrum.
  • Experience planning, developing, and executing test plans.
  • Experience in developing strategies supporting formal product sell-off.
  • Experience in automated testing in the software domain.
  • Experience in developing GitLab CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Experience with Commercial and Open Source automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience working with Git, Atlassian suite, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Knowledge and automation of both functional and non-functional aspects of a system.
  • Automated analysis and reporting of test results, identifying trends or anomalies over time.
  • Knowledge and experience in setting up and developing testing environments and Blue Green deployment approach.
  • Experience in integration and debugging complex software systems at scale.
  • Qualifications or Certifications in one or more of the following: ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Testing Specialism (Agile, Performance, Security, Manager, or Analyst), ISTQI - Certified Agile Tester.
