Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facilities operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to HMPPS.

About the Role

The Site Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, supervise staff, and maintain excellent health and safety standards. We offer a competitive salary range from 48,787.92, 25 days annual leave, and various non-contractual benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Management: Coordinate maintenance activities, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  2. Budgeting: Manage resources effectively, monitor expenses, and optimize budget allocation.
  3. Staff Supervision: Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  4. Health and Safety: Implement policies, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in facilities management, budgeting, and staff supervision.
  • Certifications: Recognized apprenticeship or two years' experience in facilities/building services trades, IOSH qualification desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
