Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop high-quality e-learning and blended learning courses tailored to diverse learning needs.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to lead training design projects and ensure relevant knowledge and skills are incorporated.
  3. Deliver effective training to customers worldwide, utilizing various mediums and resources to enhance learning experiences.
  4. Present at conferences and events as required, sharing knowledge and expertise with a global audience.
Smartbox Academy:
  1. Support localization and translation of courses for Smartbox Academy branches, fostering a culture of inclusivity and accessibility.
  2. Contribute to the development of our Learning Management System (LMS) by sharing ideas and participating in beta testing.
Grid for Schools:
  1. Partner with the Product Manager for Education to develop resources for Grid for Schools, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces.
Team:
  1. Contribute to the achievement of team and group-wide training targets, promoting training on social media platforms to expand reach.
Essential Qualifications/skills/experience:
  1. Relevant training qualification or experience in instructional design for digital training.
  2. Proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication and Assistive Technology (AAC).
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
  4. Creative problem-solving and open-mindedness, with a willingness to try new approaches.
  5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
