This role offers an attractive salary package of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including enhanced pension contributions and childcare discounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based practices to improve Early Years care and education
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, parents, and carers
• Drive marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and occupancy rates
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and optimize use of budget and personnel

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification, preferably Level 6, with relevant Early Years experience
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in senior or management roles, with a year of management experience
• Exhibit a proven track record of delivering exceptional childcare services and achieving high standards
• Express a willingness to develop Forest School Leadership skills or demonstrate existing expertise
• Show a commitment to prioritizing children's needs and exhibiting excellent communication skills
