About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Cleaner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

This role involves undertaking all necessary training to deliver high-quality cleaning services, working effectively within a team, and adhering to Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies. You will be responsible for maintaining designated areas to a high level of cleanliness, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained, and reporting any maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
  • Work within a team and under their own initiative.
  • Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness in line with the Contract and relevant SLAs.
  • Ensure that the service is delivered effectively and efficiently to a high standard.
  • Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and is a safe working order.
  • Report any maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
Requirements
  • Cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential, as training can be provided.
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
  • Able to work to a schedule and as part of a team.
  • Capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate.
  • Be open and honest.
  • Be self-driven and determined.
