Senior Design Manager Role
Job Summary: Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil design management, with a strong understanding of project schedules, risk management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Management: Oversee the development and implementation of design strategies, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of designers and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting knowledge sharing.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and best practices, driving innovation and excellence in civil design management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil design management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers and engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and systems, including Autodesk and Trimble.
