Job Title: HRBP - Employee Relations

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an HRBP - Employee Relations to join our team at JK Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a senior HR role that requires a high level of expertise in employee relations, HR systems, and employment law. As an HRBP - Employee Relations, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to the management team, overseeing the day-to-day HR function, and driving change through data analysis and HR best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing key HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Provide HR guidance to line management on employment law, policy, and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Work with other department managers to ensure adherence to HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and engagement.
  • Implement HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce legal risks.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Work closely with management and employees to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Organize induction training programs for new joiners and maintain personnel databases.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end audit tasks as required.
  • Ensure departmental procedures adhere to ISO Quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Bachelor's degree level in a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
  • CIPD qualified to level 5, as a minimum.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably at a senior management level.
  • Excellent IT literacy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with HR information systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, compensation, and benefits practices, absence management, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, training, and UK employment laws.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
