We are looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy team at Tesco Partners. With a strong track record in managing clinical services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of pharmacists and support staff
  • Oversee the supply of prescriptions and delivery of NHS and private services
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have a Pharmacy Degree and experience in leadership roles. A strong understanding of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) regulations and the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is essential.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. This includes 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.
