Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join our team at Insight Employment Ltd. As a key member of the production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our timber manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will work independently or as part of a team to maintain and operate various sections of the production line. This will involve working in a fast-paced environment, using heavy tools, and lifting equipment as required. You will also be responsible for reporting any downtime and adhering to health and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the timber industry or similar industrial production lines. A keen eye for detail and physical fitness are essential for this role. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £11.44 per hour
  • An attendance bonus of 50p per hour after 40 hours worked

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30-17:00
Friday: 07:30-11:30
Overtime available on Saturdays
