About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Toby Carvery - Bathgate Farm. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs to deliver exceptional food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the kitchen for service, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are ready for the day.
  • Assist the chefs in preparing and cooking food to the highest standards.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve our high standards of quality and service.

Requirements
