We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality support to students. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. The role involves providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons, and adapting materials as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in SEN support, experience working with students with SEN, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
* Providing individualized support to students with SEN
* Assisting teachers in the classroom

* Monitoring and recording student progress

Requirements:
