About the Role

Jobseekers Recruitment Services is proud to partner with a reputable regional construction company based in Taunton, Somerset. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update key policy information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the creation and production of construction manuals and Health and Safety documents.
  • Support various departments with day-to-day operations, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive file system, ensuring efficient access to information.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing literature, including case studies and web content.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a construction or Health and Safety administration role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Sage software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Occasional travel to work sites may be required; a car is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000-£28,000 pro rata, depending on experience. Flexible working hours, with the option to spread 20 hours over 3 or 4 days. A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
