Location: Hinkley Point, Stolford
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
About the Role:
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee and ensure team compliance with project specifications, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
- Plan and coordinate resources, including materials, labor, and sub-contractors, to meet project requirements.
- Liaise with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management and construction, specifically in roofing and cladding projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
