Care Experience Placement Liaison Specialist

As a dedicated professional, you will work with care experienced young people across Nottinghamshire, supporting them in accessing the Care2Work training programme.
You will deliver the Care2Work training module, help identify and access work placements, and ensure they attend their chosen work experience. This role requires empathy and a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working directly with care leavers or vulnerable young people, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to establish strong relationships.
In addition, the successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own transport, as frequent travel around the region will be required.
A DBS check will also be mandatory for this position.

This role offers an attractive salary range of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
