About the Opportunity

The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000.

We are seeking a talented Senior Communications Manager to join our growing friendly team at ADLIB Recruitment. In this role, you will help us build on our communications success to date, telling our inspiring story to investors, social enterprises, industry, and peers.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our business operations and contribute to our mission of connecting capital with social enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies to raise our profile through PR and policy.
  • Support our Impact Reporting initiatives and lead marketing efforts for our Impact Labs division.
  • Co-ordinate and commission research to inform our positioning and influence government and local policy across the UK.
  • Develop and execute communications plans for our Net Zero ambitions and cost-of-living challenges.
  • Contribute to content creation, including blogs, social media posts, press releases, and other materials.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior communications role or similar.
  • Significant marketing, PR, and policy experience gained in the housing, financial services, investment, or social enterprise sectors.
  • Detailed understanding of online and offline communications.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop communication plans.
  • Excellent writing skills, making complex information accessible to diverse audiences.
