About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist in Learning Disabilities to join our team at Emerald Place Clinic. As a qualified Learning Disability Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young people aged 13-18 with mental health conditions and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Observe, record, and report service user changes
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
- Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
