About the Role

We are looking for an Electronics Engineering Expert to join our team at Magna International Inc. in the role of Senior ADAS Requirements Specialist. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing system requirements for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

This includes writing feature requirements based on regulatory standards, analyzing requirements from customers and stakeholders, and defining system architecture consistent with technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are met throughout product development cycles.

You will assist with review of product and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements standards are being met, participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities, identify strategic changes required, and clarify both customer and internal cross-functional teams on system requirements and resolve technical conflicts related to system requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S/MTECH in Electrical/E&C or Computer Engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry. Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
