Carpentry Instructor

Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking a Carpentry Instructor to join a College in Stoke on Trent on a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Carpentry and industry experience working within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Carpentry and Multi Skills Construction lessons to learners up to Level 3.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Carpentry.
• Industry experience working within the Carpentry field.
• Teaching qualification desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience delivering Brickwork within Education.
• Strong understanding of the Carpentry industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Right to work in the UK.
