As a Governance Manager - Corporate Administration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's governance arrangements are efficient and effective in support of its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering High-Quality Support: Provide exceptional support to the Board and its Committees, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making processes.
  • Compliance and Governance: Lead on the annual review of compliance with governing documents, monitor NED's Trustees' term dates, and review and update terms of reference.
  • Compliance-Related Tasks: Oversee compliance-related tasks, including Data Protection, Freedom of Information requests, Competition, and Modern Slavery.

Requirements:

  • Company Secretarial Experience: Proven experience in company secretarial, corporate administration, and governance, gained within professional services and/or industry.
  • CGI/ICSA Membership: Membership of the CGI/ICSA: The Governance Institute or sufficient qualifying experience.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office, as well as Governance management systems such as Convene.
