Lynx Recruitment is hiring an experienced Automation Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of complex automation systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies for automation projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution and delivery
  • Contribute to the development of BOMs and other technical documents

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 6+ years' industry experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and industry standards
  • Experience working in a fast-paced design environment
