SEMHCare Assistant Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMHCare Assistant to join our primary school in Crosby. As a SEMHCare Assistant, you will provide vital support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for pupils with SEMH needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and social skills, fostering emotional well-being and resilience in our students.
- Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, encouraging all students to engage and succeed.
