C Software Engineer - Defence Sector - Cambridge

Newton Colmore Consulting is seeking an experienced C software engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies that will enhance the UK's security against external threats. This role involves working in a growing defence and security company based in Cambridge, with opportunities to work on systems architecture, firmware, and embedded software tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software-defined radio (SDR) and real-time operating systems (RTOS), as well as knowledge of programming languages such as C++, MATLAB, or Python. Security clearance is required for this position, but candidates with previous experience in the defence and security field and existing clearance will be highly advantageous.
