Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our fashion retail team in Carlisle. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, building relationships, and driving sales and KPIs to maintain high levels of performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor your team to ensure continuous development and growth.
- Sales and KPIs: Drive sales and KPI performance by leading by example and implementing effective strategies.
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers and drive customer satisfaction.
- Cost Control: Manage costs and budgets, and input data for weekly reports to ensure financial stability.
- HR and Recruitment: Manage HR and recruitment processes to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.
- Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail management or senior management, preferably in ladies fashion, lifestyle, or accessories.
- Leadership Style: Collaborative, people-focused leadership style with a track record of driving KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments with a passion for success.
