Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Laboratory Engineering Coordinator to join our team at CSL Seqirus. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our quality control systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide access to QC systems and ensure site induction, Permit to Work, and IT access for laboratory personnel.
  • Maintain the schedule of all QC preventative maintenance via SAP monthly planning and liaise with laboratory departments to plan maintenance visits around QC testing plans.
  • Perform corrective maintenance, discussing and troubleshooting with service providers to avoid downtime, particularly for occasions requiring an external engineer site visit.
  • Complete Engineer Visit Forms, Pre-Service Agreement, Maintenance Logs, and service report sign-offs.
  • Request service contract quotations and set up contracts for new equipment.
  • Oversee the QC CMMS corrective and planned work order process, including review of closed work orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, design teams, contractors, and management.
  • Action-oriented skills with the ability to learn on the fly.
  • Good problem-solving, technical learning, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA-regulated facilities.
