Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and safe for our tenants. This includes carrying out routine inspections, identifying and reporting any defects or hazards, and coordinating repairs with contractors.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of building maintenance and safety legislation, as well as experience of working with contractors and managing budgets. You will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
As a full-time employee, you will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required during peak periods. A clean driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel frequently to visit properties and meet with contractors.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
