About the RoleThe Investor Development Team is responsible for raising the visibility and engagement of Fitch ratings with global debt capital market constituents. As a Market Research Associate or Senior Market Research Associate, you will be the voice of the buyside community within Fitch ratings, providing critical feedback on products, research, and data.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct marketing support to the EMEA Investor Development Team.
- Manage content distribution, repurposing, and marketing (primarily via email) to appropriate audiences, collaborating closely with the Marketing department.
- Be the point person in IDT for virtual events, liaising with the dedicated Events team.
- Be responsible for the IDT-led webinar platform, one of the key outreach channels at Fitch.
- Be responsible for list management for marketing campaigns and virtual events.
- Run performance reports for the various marketing campaigns the Investor Team manages.
- Contribute to the implementation of strategy for the Investor Development Team.
- Identify pertinent research, prepare customized messages, and distribute targeted emails to relevant investor audiences.
- Compile marketing materials, pitch books, and presentations with guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure consistency in marketing approach across the EMEA region in liaison with local IDT representatives and with other BRM teams in global locations.
- Previous experience in a marketing or business development role; financial services advantageous but not obligatory.
- An interest in financial markets.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to a high standard.
- Working experience in data manipulation and financial data tools (Bloomberg, Ipreo, Markit, etc.).
- Thorough in project execution, with meticulous attention to detail.
