Role Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small group or one-to-one support to students with additional support needs.

  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with additional support needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions: This role involves working with children and young people with additional support needs, and requires a flexible approach to meeting their individual needs.

Salaries and Benefits: The salaries for this role are in line with national pay scales, with the full-time equivalent salary being £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
