About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contract Liaison Officer to join our Housing Management team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council. In this newly created role, you will play a crucial part in our two-year Stock Condition Survey (SCS) project, which aims to deliver positive growth for residents and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with residents to ensure access to units for our SCS project
  • Work closely with the Asset Management Project Manager and Resident Liaison Manager to provide information and support to affected residents
  • Contribute to the success of our SCS project, which is instrumental to our planned future works
