Primary Teaching Assistant Role in Ealing School

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at a progressive primary school in Ealing. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis, providing whole-class support, and monitoring pupil progress.
The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in English and Maths, a desire to inspire young people, and the ability to create an encouraging learning environment. If you are enthusiastic, confident, and approachable, with experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students in a classroom setting
- Assist teachers in lesson planning and preparation
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
