Key Responsibilities

The Quality Manager will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Overseeing quality-related activities across the Business.">
  • Improving processes, assessing performance, and establishing effective quality strategies.">
  • Management of the quality department, providing guidance and support to the team.">
  • Collaboration with teams to understand challenges and implement solutions, driving improvements.">
  • Improvement of output quality and performance across production departments.">
  • Utilisation of continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.">
  • Driving and managing initiatives to embed continuous improvement and foster a proactive quality mindset.">
  • Demonstration of strong leader-manager capabilities, setting expectations and facilitating problem-solving.">
  • Leadership and support of APQP initiatives, including development and management of Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and PFMEAs.">
  • Provision of support and insights to production teams to enhance quality outcomes and optimise processes.">
  • Implementation and maintenance of quality gates across production to ensure critical checkpoints are rigorously controlled.">
  • Partnership with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.">

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • A strong background in manufacturing and quality assurance.">
  • Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Management experience.">
  • A proven track record in Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Processes.">
  • Green Belt Six Sigma qualification (desirable).">
  • Strong communication skills and organisational ability.">
