About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Careers Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Careers Lead, you will play a vital role in providing professional career guidance services to our pupils, helping them to develop the skills, knowledge, and understanding necessary for career planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal guidance interviews to pupils, challenging and supporting them to make informed, realistic, and adaptable career decisions.
  • Generate and maintain client records electronically, including a summary of agreed actions/action plan.
  • Liaise with parents about aspirations and future careers possibilities for their young person.
  • Work alongside the SENDCO and LA to identify suitable placements.
