Job Title: HGV Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our client's team at their workshop in Derry/L'Derry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical servicing and repairs on a range of buses and coaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out vehicle inspections and complete relevant paperwork
  • Diagnose faults and take corrective action
  • Remove and replace vehicle parts
  • Work with colleagues and supervisors effectively
  • Work in line with company policy and health & safety
Requirements:
  • Qualified Level 3 Vehicle Mechanic (Light or HGV)
  • Preferably have experience on commercial vehicles, HGVs, and buses
  • Able to fault find and diagnose
  • Working knowledge of vehicle electrical systems
  • High standard of work, quality, and safety practice
