Senior Manager for Propulsion Control Systems Integration

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager for Propulsion Control Systems Integration to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our Propulsion Control Systems Integration team, you will be responsible for the co-ordinated delivery of customer features and systems for xHEV and BEV propulsion applications on both EVA2 and EVA-25 electrical architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that robust integration plans are in place and maintained for xHEV and BEV programmes
* Identify and communicate critical paths and dependencies within the vehicle program plan
* Ensure timely delivery of vehicle features, identifying and removing any roadblocks that could prevent success
* Engage delivery areas to align feature delivery and functional goals with program milestones
* Lead resolution of key integration issues within the 8D problem resolution framework
* Comprehensive and co-ordinated reporting of status via the consolidated 'Integration Report'
Requirements:
* Experience in the integration and delivery of electromechanical and software systems
* Demonstrated ability to engineer products using project management and planning techniques
* Experience in technical analysis and problem solving, employing best in class process
* Experience in successfully managing a team
* Excellent knowledge of propulsion and key vehicle systems
* Excellent knowledge of systems engineering and test management

* Self-motivated, with strong personal and team management capabilities
* Able to work with minimal supervision, engaging a wide range of stakeholders effectively
* Have the ability to deliver detailed, robust solutions whilst maintaining a focus on providing the right solution for the customer and the business
