Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive 35 Tonne Traffic Management Operations Specialist to join our team at Hireway TM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe loading and transportation of equipment to and from sites.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are able to work flexibly and use their own initiative. You will be required to develop a clear understanding of the hazards involved with each contract and implement safe methods to mitigate these risks.

You will be responsible for the organization and control of the safe loading and securing of all equipment onto Traffic Management Installation Vehicles (TMIVs) in accordance with appropriate regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a clear understanding of the hazards involved with each contract and implement safe methods to mitigate these risks.
  • Organize and control the safe loading and securing of all equipment onto TMIVs in accordance with appropriate regulations.

  • Ensure that all paperwork is up-to-date and signed by relevant personnel.

Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
  • Must be drug and alcohol-free.
  • Must be able to attend a TTMBC course if necessary.
