Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with brain injuries, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a support worker role, preferably in a neurological or brain injury setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-in shifts
  • Valid full UK driving license and access to a car for work-related purposes
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
